[Image taken 25.5.21] Marygate car park, York. The access/exit is too narrow. People can only move through in single file. Car parks are hazardous locations. Adults may want to hold the hand of a child/children. Hire cycles/scooters move in and out through here. Ditto people on cycles, in mobility scooters and in wheelchairs.
