[Image taken 27.5.21] Minster Yard, York. This is a Velo Flippa. The owner said it's a balance bike that converts to a trike and back, with parent power and steering via the pushbar. She said they don't have room for a trike and a balance bike but this works. She can even carry a helmet and other items in a bag on the handle. The parent said in trike mode it's stable which means the child can get on and off itself. There's a YouTube video of how it converts:
