[Updated image see: #169841 and links - users] [Image taken 31.5.21] Marygate car park, York. A bank holiday weekend - the first after lockdown restrictions were lifted, the first ahead of half term and... this exit/entrance has been barricaded. (See previous situation: #169695 and links) There's no signage for people using the car park: drivers parking and changing mode (pedestrian, wheelchair users, cyclist), or Tier (see: #164663) scooter/cycle users on how to get out of the car park.
