[Image taken 12.6.21] Marygate car park, York. With no obvious entrance/exit and the nearest 'sometimes' gap blocked (see: #170083) this chap with child stepped over. Not everyone can. And people with kit (cycles, pushchairs, or wheelchairs) can't. Other issues here today: #170081 and links
