[Image taken 18.6.21] Marygate car park, York. Every year the critical active travel route for residents and visitors (it links schools, uni, the hospital, tourist accommodation, the river, and the rail station over Scarborough Bridge) is massively impacted on by unchecked plant growth. This section is already too narrow and the plants reducing its width still further - to 124cm - are not ones you want to brush against or cycle into. This issue today see also: #170376.
