Update: On 23.6.21 the CYC barricades had gone. The Openreach works remain in situ. [Image taken 21.6.21] Crichton Avenue/Burton Stone Lane, York. The two barricades (marked CYC - City of York Council) from: #170486 have been relocated to the side of the shared use route. They are now potential hazards. I arrived when an Openreach employee was onsite. There is a big hole in the metal access cover the company's own barricades are now surrounding. Other images today see: #170523 and links
