Mandatory Cycle Lane (MCL) on Chesterton Road is often used by motorists to park their cars (plate R960 EMW "just popped into the offices" on the opposite side), pushing cyclists into the main lane with cars often exceeding 30 mph on this straight (see also #17071, #13132 and #10644). Inadecuate road design and Cambridgeshire Police inaction don't help.
