[Image taken 4.7.21] Marygate car park, York. This was a very bright morning. The route - now effectively a tunnel due to the hoardings and the greenery from the rail line - was darker than it looks in this image. (My camera adds in light.) The cone was not visible until very close up. It is therefore a hazard. And rubbish. Other observations this location: #170507. Compare with this image taken at a much darker time of the year - November: #157641
