These cycles have a ‘will be removed’ warning on them. (See also: #175637, #175638.) But the ‘action on’ date has passed. The presence of damaged and abandoned cycles reduces confidence this is a safe place to leave a cycle; that you can leave a cycle without it being damaged (and therefore makes cycling a less attractive choice) see: #174132; and makes this area look even more rundown and scruffy (see also: #170485). Yet this is a key, accessible-ish (see: #171345) route for residents and visitors to/from the city centre. Other images today see: #171436, #171438, #171443, #171447, #171448.
