[Image taken 8.7.21] Marygate car park, York. [NOTE: No streetview at this location] The barricade is reducing the width of the route. It also reduces the attractiveness and feeling of safety. But it does help keep track of the growth through from the rail line. It's up to around 75cm. Plus this was one of two that created/protected an exit/entrance to/from the car park.
