Dumped pillars or bollards presumably removed for the diversion (search on wellingtonrowesplanadelivediversion) in place during the replacement of the flood gates under Lendal Bridge. They are unsightly. They are vulnerable to theft, being thrown in the Ouse just meters away, being used as a weapon. It does not reflect well on the area or the organisation - CYC?
