[Image taken 2.8.21] Woodfield Road, Harrogate. Commercial premises (cafe, convenience shop, and a takeaway) with ample car parking. But no racks for cycles. Kids just throw their bikes onto the ground (trip hazard), the rest of us lean our cycles on the wall/glass of whichever building we are visiting. Cycle racks would support those who do cycle and advertise, 'cyclists welcome' plus promote active travel: 'you can cycle to here/in this area'. Woodfield Community Primary School is a few hundred yards away, ditto a library. All easily reachable by cycle and typical of linked/chain local journeys people make, particularly women. Other issue here: #173019 and nearby #173015
