Two children's bikes and one adult cycle flyparked on and locked to the railings on the riverside edge of the Gardens. It's a car park so there are marked out spaces for motor vehicles, even motorcycles - as visible in the background, but there is no formal provision for cycles. (Cargo trike here later date: #178202.) York is putting together a local transport plan. I have added, 'Provide cycle racks at all formal car parking provision' to my list of things to check for (or ask for) when the draft is consulted on: see also: #168178, #169768.
