With the removal of the bogus cycle lane sign #16531 new route signs were added at Mitchams Corner to guide cyclist to Milton Road and Chesterton Road East along the front of the stationary store (shared use pavement, but shorter), away from Croft Holme Lane - #17384, #17385.

As the sign (see also #17387) is facing against the flow of Croft Holme Lane motorists and cyclists can't normally see it.
