[Image taken 20.9.21] West Esplanade, York. People fishing and a white van on the cycle-ped-wheelchair route alongside the river. I've seen this combination closer closer to Clifton Bridge, York. I don't know if the people fishing are anything to do with the van or if the people and/or the van are the same as those I saw before. I alerted a PCSO who said he was cycling in that direction and would have a look. Other images today: #174328 and links.
