[Image taken 24.9.21] Coop, The Stonebow, York. The measurements in squares are those relevant to this position of this toastrack Sheffield design of cycle parking. The stats without squares relate to the positioning of the rack yesterday! It's not fixed down. Is it taken inside at night and put out each morning (in a different place/orientation, 'out the way' and definitely unusable)?
