[Image taken 2.10.21] Monks Cross retail park, Monks Cross, Huntington, York. [Note: streetview shows the previous layout of this site.] A very wet Saturday in October. The car park was very busy perhaps because the options for entertainment are limited in bad weather. But the dedicated two-way cycle track is protected from motor vehicles so feels safe. (I saw two youngsters seemingly on their own riding it.) (I have added an observation about this post: #183020.) Alas, one side is unprotected see: #174536, #174537, #174538.
