[Image taken 1.10.21] Outside Farmfoods, Tower Court, Oakdale Road, (off Clifton Moor Gate), York. Likely installed by/owned by Regus: www.regus.com/en-gb/united-kingdom/york/tower-court-3052. Wheelbenders. Plus wildly overgrown. Despite much time and creative energy in 2020, I could not reach Regus. Or did not get a reply. Plus points: They are under cover. They encourage/teach youngsters to secure their cycles. This was the third or so time I've seen them used by children (likely shopping for sweets in Farmfoods). Other image from today: #174545
