[Image taken 5.10. 21] Tanner Row close to junction with Wellington Row/North Street, York. I don't use this route daily but on 50 per cent of the times I do, a driver has blocked the pavement and the advisory contraflow cycle lane. I continue to ask CYC for measures to prevent this: patrolling it is not enough. Previous image and links: #174001. Other image today: #174600.
