[Image taken 6.10.21] Waitrose, Foss Islands Road, York. [Note: No street view at this location.] Insufficient number of racks. Plus the racks are two deep. The Sheffields in the row between the visible ones and the trolley park railings are inaccessible if there are bikes in the other row. And if you use the rear racks you run the risk of being boxed in. No space for longer or wider machines ('York'cycles) or for people with mobility issues who need more space to get on/off/to/from, or families sharing a rack and lock. Over the years I've had a meeting with two Waitrose managers here and nothing has changed. Shame on them. Other images from Waitrose and other locations today: #174629 and links.
