[Update: this sign was moved to: #175202] [Image taken 11.10.21] Sycamore Place, York. Why is this temporary sign and the cone here? As I was taking a photo (for other purposes – see: #174812) someone stopped to ask, "Are you interested in this sign for the same reason I am?" He had moved them out of the centre of the carriageway as they were obstructing motor vehicles. He said the street is part of a square at the end of the access only (see: #171139) Bootham Terrace so there is/hasn’t been a diversion along here. Note: When I cycled down Bootham Terrace the next day, the sign and cone had been moved even further towards the pavement. It is not possible to report them… Who put them out?
