[Image taken 20.10.21] Waitrose, Foss Islands Way, York. This is the main entrance to the site. I took this image as it shows the site is compact, has clear and cohesive branding. But the customers have been forgotten. At some point every person who comes here to shop or to support someone who will do so, has to move around the site somehow. The 'people' have been ignored overlooked in favour of the corporate aspects. And it is for them that the site exists. Other images today: #175105 and links.
