[Image taken 20.10.21] Parliament Street, York. Is the large e-cargo cycle -what I would call a ‘York’cycle - with the box for transporting people, pets or goods, a Babboe? A bakfiets (www.bakfiets.com/)? Something else? It's been tidily parked (though not secured) next to the toastrack Sheffields here. There was just about enough room for pedestrians/a wheelchair user to pass behind it between it and the building. Compare the placing and the spacing of this cycle parking with this: #175118.
