[Image taken 24.10.21] In front of Dunelm (retail outlet), Clifton Moor retail park, York. [NOTE: streetview shows previous layout of car park.] If space is left - but the gap is protected - ends of runs of racks can provide valuable parking for groups sharing a lock/locks or larger/wider/longer cycles eg: #175135. But shouldn't we be planning for deliveries and collections by commercial e-cargo cycles? Context: #175237 and links.
