[Image taken 9.11.21] Lidl, James Street, York. [NOTE no street view at this location.] The racks at Lidl are now very often oversubscribed. More are needed and there is space. They are practical: access is not blocked (or rarely), they are under cover, they are easy to find, they are the Sheffield design. This cycle has a stand so the owner is able to flypark it. This how Dutch cycle parking requirements differ from UK needs. Our cycles predominantly don’t have stands but need to be supported (see: #175620, #167514, #167492).
