UPDATE: Reply from CYC: "Please rest assured that this matter will be addressed with the team involved. The vehicle should have parked on the other side of the road and the staff will be re-educated on their behaviour." Alas no mention of the person reading the new Highway Code (www.highwaycodeuk.co.uk/) or being signed up for the Council's Urban Cycle Skills course (www.itravelyork.info/cycling/cycle-training/urban-cycle-skills-booking-form).] [Image taken 11.11.21] Leeman Road cycle contraflow, junction with Station Avenue, York. CYC driver on the contraflow lane. It has a solid white line. It is part of the Wellington Row Esplanade diversion. There was another vehicle of the same design on the other side of the road. Why did they not both park on that side? (See also: #175971.) Other images today: #175738, #175739, #175740, #175741, #175742, #175743.
