[UPDATE: Reply from expertlogistics.co.uk "I just wanted to follow up on your e mail following our investigation. Our drivers do receive training as part of their induction which has a section on vulnerable road users and they also sign a safe driving declaration, including an obligation to remain updated on the Highway Code. We have identified the driver you met and I would really like to apologise for his attitude towards you; he will undertake refresher training in this area. Thanks again for letting us know about and giving us an opportunity to address it going forward. We genuinely take our obligations on the road really seriously so to get feedback to help us to improve is really valuable"]
