They look as if some are obstructing the narrow pavement in a residential area, with a cafe, shops... What do you do if you are a resident and have a buggy; are in a mobility scooter; have a wheeled walker and an assistance dog; are accompanying a child on a scooter or a balance bike, and you round the corner from Field View and want to continue south along Burton Stone Lane and/or head for the zebra crossing?
