[UPDATE: #182699] [Image taken 23.12.21.] Cycle, ped', wheelchair path between James Street and Foss Islands Road, York. Looking towards James Street. [Note: No street view at this location.] (Marked as Way of the Roses/LCN658 on the OpenStreetMap.) The sightlines to the right (retail park) are very limited. But worse are those to the left - from Morrisons (supermarket) and its car park. This is a very, very busy route in all weathers and levels of light. People have cycles, are pushing buggies, are in mobility scooters , are walking protectively (adult and child) and sociably - couples and groups walking abreast. I kept meaning to report this through the summer. Today I made time to take the images to be able to do so. Even though there are barely any leaves on the trees/bushes you can't see if there is someone behind them... #177016. Other images today: #177011 and links.
