[UPDATE See: #177552] [Image taken 23.12.21.] West Esplanade, York (west bank of the Ouse). [NOTE: No street view at this location.] The bollards (see also: #173274 and #173232) have not been replaced following the flood works. (The Scarborough Bridge to Ouse Bridge Flood Scheme diversion, May 2021 to November 2021 see: #166252.) They are trip hazards and unsightly. As is the cone. They are also potential weapons, tools for vandalism and assets that can be damaged or thrown into the river. Is the fact they have not been reinstated also the reason people are parking/can park here: #177018? Other images today: #177011 and links.
