The good off road cycleway from Pontesbury ends here, very close to the start/end of the 30 mph zone for Minsterley so cars are often well over this limit so crossing the A488 here can be daunting. Dual use pavements for pedestrians and cyclists to remain on the cycle track side would give better access to pontesbury from most of Minsterley.
