[Image taken 11.1.22] Palmer Lane, Hungate, York. [NOTE: No streetview at this location.] The racks are close to the entrance to the library (exploreyork.org.uk/cafes/hungate-reading-cafe/) that has a cafe and community space/meeting room. So they are easy to find. They are Sheffields with no ground level linking bars so they are easy to use. But two spaces are taken by the motorcycle. Plus, why is there a cone here?
