[Note: 19.2.22. I saw the cone had gone.] [UPDATE: 14.1.22 Riding through today I saw the cone had been moved to cover the hole of the missing bollard.] [Image taken 13.1.22] West Esplanade, York. [NOTE: No streetview at this location.] During the Scarborough Bridge to Ouse Bridge Flood Scheme diversion, May 2021 to November 2021 see: #166252) the bollards and posts were removed. They moved around the car park and presumably reduced CYC income by obstructing parking spaces (see: #173232). This image shows they have now been replaced. (Note the grubby traffic cone among them.) They prevent drivers parking on the riverside (see: #178208) and, perhaps, causing the mud on the ped-cycle tracks. Earlier image this issue: #177019. Other image here today: #177553. Other images today: #177554, #177555.
