Create a segregated cycle lane from Shillingford to Sandford to allow commuters a safe option to cycle to and from Oxford to Wallingford. There is more than enough room on either side of the road, apart from Nuneham Courtenay. This route is currently treacherous for cyclists and existing infrastructure is poorly maintained and bumpy.
