[UPDATE: More recent problems here: #186084] [Image taken 22.1.22], B1363, Wigginton Road, York. Rear of The Cocoa Works development (search on' cocoaworks' and 'thecocoaworks'. The light on the traffic island has been destroyed, the road surface is damaged. Massive vehicles move in and out of this entrance, and it shows. The worn out appearance makes the area feel unsafe. It has a huge negative impact on the attractiveness of active travel. Yet this route is a key link between the very popular motor traffic-free route through York - the Foss Islands Path, and the bucolic Bootham Stray. Other image here today: #178042. Other images today see: #178038 and links.
