[Image taken 29.1.22] Marygate Lane, Marygate car park, York. Context: #178354 and links. The actual width reduces still further from 89cm (see: #178357) to just 72cm (see: #178360). The pavement is just 105cm – with a kerb on one side and a wall on the other constraining how close you can get to one or the other.
