[Image taken 28.2.22] Bootham, York. Works have started to create a cycle crossing linking St Mary's and the hospital via the grounds of the former Bootham Park Hospital. (The Scarborough Bridge to Bootham Park Cycle Route Improvements: see also: #178707.) The first signs said, Road closed for five weeks. Those were replaced with works here signs with no mention of closures. These are what was in situ today. No 'Do not overtake cyclists' signs. I'll chase.
