[UPDATE: #180733] [Image taken 24.3.22] Haxby Cycleway, New Earswick, Huntington/Haxby/York. [Note: No street view at this location.] Context: #180362. Both racks removed again. One visibly discarded. Where’s the other? Who is taking them out and who is replacing them? Why can’t they remain out? At least on a trial basis?
