[UPDATE: #183405] [Image taken on 27.3.22] Coppergate, junction with Nessgate/Clifford Street, York. The local press (www.yorkpress.co.uk/news/20013978.coppergate-york-city-centre-set-become-one-way-permanently/) reported that the trial measures here were to become permanent. But it also said there would be another consultation: "A temporary traffic order for the changes expires in June, so Cllr D’Agorne has decided to make the change permanent, subject to a consultation." There are new lane markings: #180532. There are new wands: #180533. But that report suggests it's too early to celebrate. Previous consultation: #177526. Other images today #180522.
