[Image taken on 28.3.22] Bootham Park Hospital grounds, Bootham, York. Context: #180718. 75cm is not accessible and therefore not acceptable. It hugely limits who can use this route which is traffic-free and in parkland for half its length. Ie just the sort of safe and stress-free environment that would get people cycling and walking. Note also the pothole between the barrier and the double yellows. One cyclist mistook my default hi viz for the sign of authority and asked if I could fill in that cavity. Context and links: #180718.
