[Image taken 13.4.22] Herbert Todd, Monks Cross Drive, York. Why did no-one in planning query how people would get to them? From the road? 1. Just beyond that furthest Sheffield (hoop) there are steps. 2. There is the (visible in the image) kerb up to/down from the linear space with the Sheffields and the PlantLocks. From within the unit land? 3. There are three disabled parking spaces. (See also: #181671.) Access to/from cycle parking seems to be a blind spot with York planners (for example see Aldi: #181649).
