[Image taken 13.4.22] Herbert Todd, Monks Cross Drive, York. Access to/from the Sheffield racks or the PlantLocks is up and down the kerb. In short this is not accessible. Further there is no room to manoeuvre a cycle so you have to lift it. That means the provision is not accessible. Plus there is so much clutter I could not put my cycle flat against the rack. If you have a short lock or have read all the advice about not leaving space between your lock and where you are securing it to, as it makes the lock vulnerable to attack, you couldn't/wouldn't use this rack.
