[Image taken 23.4.22] LNER Community Stadium, Huntington, York. Match day parking. It was match day at the stadium when I cycled through to Monks Cross. The stadium has a capacity of 8500 (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/York_Community_Stadium). Did anyone do counts into how people got to the previous stadium – Bootham Crescent (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bootham_Crescent)? It was in town, with no car parking and within 1km of the rail station/bus interchange. And how this differs now? Other images of cycle parking here today: #181974, #181975, of car parking: #181971, #181972, #181973, of an obstructed drop kerb: #181969. All images today: #181968 and links.
