UPDATE: 14.5.22 I saw the route was open again. All signage has been removed. [Image taken 23.4.22] Mill Lane looking towards the junction with Heworth Green, York. The works duration is given as 4 April [2022] to 6 May [2022]. That's Easter (a four-day weekend), the Easter school holidays and the first bank holiday weekend (three days) in May. Fallen signs: one of which is critical - #181989. No information board. Works of longer duration (I'd argue that any roadworks in city centres longer lasting than a day need one) are required by law to have a board that gives the reason for the works, the length, the company, and a contact number. CYC consistently flouts this requirement. This means you can't report issues such as fallen signs: #170130, #180045. Compare with the three signs at Haughton Road, York today: #181990, #181991).
