[Image taken on 7.5.22] Bootham Bar/St Leonard’s Place, York. Context and all links today: #182461. Gillygate lane ASL completely obstructed. The driver continued into the ASL: she/he had a choice. She/he did not get 'caught out'. In my experience, the fouling of the ASL's here is the default situation.
