[Image taken 14.6.22] Denning's Yard access, Crichton Avenue/Foss Islands Path/Wigginton Road, York. This is the soonest someone crossing over Denning’s Yard would see a vehicle. And that’s only if the person crossing were heading to the pavement or to Foss Islands Path. Crossing in the other direction you can’t see (if) anyone (is) turning in – the angle is too acute and you’d need to have a very wide range of vision. Further, motorists are indicating left… to show they are turning into Crichton Avenue. There’s no way a driver can indicate a sooner/immediate left into Denning’s Yard.
