It’s fun and fabulous and another reason to get around actively – you can alight and appreciate, dismount and marvel, stop and stare. It’s frustrating and concerning that motor vehicles are permitted in this people space. They add further actual dangers including from additional air pollution to a location that frequently reeks of fumes. The presence of cars and vans changes the perception from 'people' to 'motor vehicles' and from 'safe' to 'unpredictable' and therefore 'unsafe'.
