[Image taken 30.6.22] Burton Stone Lane junction with Field View, York. Note that the oncoming driver has driven partly onto the pavement to pass the large vehicle. Very many people on cycles use the back streets to Field View to avoid Burton Stone Lane. This size vehicle puts us even more under pressure and at risk. The pavements are too narrow for pedestrians. They are at risk of being clipped by the wing mirrors at least of drivers heading south. This behaviour puts pedestrians at risk. Context and links: #183803.
