[Image taken 15.7.22] Railway Walk, York. [Note: No street view at this location.] The fencing has been removed or broken. There is a clear need for at least one further formal and signed gap between Railway Walk and the car park. In the 30 minutes I sat nearby doing a count (see: #169470), there was a stream of people hopping over the fencing. It's not a safe practice even if you can do this.
