[Image taken 18.7.22] Terry Avenue, York. [NOTE: No street view at this location] Riverside entrance to Rowntree Park. Sheffield racks, a pier/breakout space (detail: #184913, another: #184909), shady mature trees... But it's all overshadowed by the concrete blocks. This scene looks as if it's in a war zone or a checkpoint in WWII Berlin. Presumably installed to keep the park entrance clear of parked vehicles during the floodworks. All images Terry Ave today: #184906 and links.
